Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Simply click your tracking link to see updates on your order. Transit time does not begin until it has left Aus Post's facility.

Please expect 1 - 3 day delay during high traffic periods, product launches, sales and public holidays due to the influx of orders. 

Open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday.

 We are closed weekends and all Public Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be shipped out next business day.

Due to new EAD pre-approval requirements, parcels must be approved by your country’s customs authority before leaving Australia. This can cause delays, including at sorting facilities, so we kindly ask you to allow extra time for delivery

Order Express before 12pm AEST to receive same day shipping. All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out next business day.

If you're experiencing delays, please lodge an enquiry with Aus Post and email contact@misteria.com with your Order Number & Name for us to follow up. Aus Post demands we wait an additional 14 days before deeming anything lost.

If your goods have arrived damaged and not in their original condition, please email contatc@misteria.com.au with your name, order number and pictures/videos.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges may be considered subject to approval and must meet our return conditions, including being unused, in original packaging, and returned within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
